Welcome to Negotiate Mate ("we", "our", or "us"), available at https://negotiatemate.net and as a mobile application on Android and Web platforms. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information collected through your use of our application and services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect limited information to provide you with secure, real-time negotiation and valuation features:

• Account Data: When you sign in using Google Authentication, we collect your email address, display name, and unique user identifier (UID) managed securely via Google Firebase Auth.
• Negotiation & Pitch Data: Details you explicitly input into the application, including joint asset splits, counter-offer histories, business pitch valuations, and Shark Tank offer comparisons. This data is stored securely in Cloud Firestore.
• Usage & Device Metrics: Non-identifying technical metadata (such as operating system version and crash diagnostics) to ensure application performance and uptime.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain real-time collaborative negotiation sessions across your devices.
• To authenticate users and protect saved proposals against unauthorized access.
• To allow sharing of real-time counter-offer links between agreeing parties.
• To respond to user support inquiries and feature requests.

We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third-party advertisers.

4. Data Storage and Security

All application data is processed and stored securely using Google Cloud Firebase Infrastructure. We enforce security rules and encryption standards in transit and at rest to safeguard your negotiation data.

5. Sharing & Real-Time Syncing

When you use the "Share Counter-Offer Link" feature, a unique link containing your scenario ID is generated. Anyone possessing that specific share link can view and collaborate on that specific negotiation session in real-time.

6. Your Rights & Data Retention

You retain full ownership of your data. You may:

• Delete any saved proposal at any time directly within the application's "Manage Saved Proposals" dialog.
• Request complete account or data deletion by contacting us at vibecode.sam@gmail.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Negotiate Mate is intended for adult asset separation and business pitch tracking. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
